I was
introduced to Jeff Theders aproximately (7) years ago, when I became
a property manager for a community that he had been providing services
to for several years prior to my involvement. The Board of Directors
of that community are extremely happy with him as witnessed by the
number of years on their site and to date he is still with that
community. That experience began the relationship that is still
in place today. Whenever I get the opportunity to change my pool
service on a property, I call Jeff Immediately and recommend him
to any manager needing an excellent pool service company. What has
always impressed me about the service provided by Aquatic Balance
is that you do get service, any time of the day on a minutes notice.
Just a phone call away and the problems are resolved. The equipment
is taken care of properly at is serviced in a timely manner, therefore
meeting or extending the reserve study time rquirement.
As a property manager it is so important to me to have an honest
and trustworthy vendor and with Aquatic Balance the integrity is
unquestionable.
